Head of Iran’s Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism (ICHHTO) Masud Soltanifar and Presdient Rouhani’s chief of staff Mohammad Nahavandi expressed their satisfaction with the building work progress at the Espinas Palace Hotel after visiting the construction site, CHTN reported.

Hotel Espinas is being constructed in Sa’adatabad neighborhood in northwest Tehran on a 15,000-sq-meter land.  Lodging units, spa, sports facilities, restaurants and cafes, 14 conference halls, and a 2500-seat concert hall are among the hotel’s features.

The 28-story hotel has 520 rooms equipped with state of the art amenities. It will have the most attractive lodging facilities among the establishments created since the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

Transport provisions have also been considered. An exclusive access path links the hotel to the major highways leading to Imam Khomeini International Airport.

“The hotel, whose design is inspired by Persian symbols and architecture style, can serve as a symbol of the tourism industry,” said Ali Asghar Amiri, the project investor, during the officials’ visit.

Espinas is now in its final construction phase, and it is expected to open within the next few months.
