A total of $11,244 has been spent on restoring the ancient watermill of Akharin, also called Attarha in Kashan, Isfahan Province, said Mehran Sarmadian, public relations officer of the provincial Cultural Heritage Organization, IRNA reported. The restoration included debris removal, foundation reinforcement, wall setting, dredging and casing of aqueduct.
