Tourism Courses in Yazd

Yazd Province is among several places that are introducing an empowerment program focusing on recruitment, retention, and other human resource fundamentals of the tourism industry, CHTN quoted public relations office of the provincial ICHHTO (Iran’s Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization) as saying. The program includes training courses which started in mid-February, and end March 7, the supervisor of tourism department of the provincial ICHHTO, Mostafa Fatemi said. The courses are free and participants will receive certificates. Code of conduct, e- marketing, rules, regulations and standards, personal and social skills, code of behavior and attitude toward tourists, and an introduction to the tourism industry are among the topics covered by the courses. Those who can benefit from the courses include drivers, police forces, hotel managers, eco-tourist guides, travel agency staff, and council members of touristic villages.
