Turkish Pegasus Airlines to Launch Tabriz-Istanbul Flights

Pegasus Airlines is launching its second flights from Tabriz Airport as of Dec. 4 and its destination will be Turkey’s Alanya, according to the director general of East Azarbaijan Province’s Airports.
“Planes are scheduled to land once a week on Saturdays at 3:25 a.m. in Tabriz Airport and take off and head back to Alanya one hour later,” Ramin Azari was also quoted as saying by the news portal of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.
The official noted that Pegasus Airlines was already conducting a Tabriz-Istanbul flight.
Pegasus Airlines is a Turkish low-cost carrier headquartered in the Kurtköy area of Pendik, Istanbul, with bases at several Turkish airports.
Azari noted that at present, domestic and foreign airlines have scheduled flights from Tabriz Airport to Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara and Yerevan (Armenia).
