Iran’s flag carrier Iran Air has increased the number of flights between Shiraz, the capital of Fars Province, and Mashhad, the capital of Khorasan Razavi Province.
Iran Air had started operating Mashhad-Shiraz flights (and back) on Jan. 2 with weekly flights scheduled for Thursdays.
As planned, the flight leaves Mashhad International Airport on Thursdays at 4:55 p.m. local time to Shiraz International Airport using McDonnell Douglas aircrafts. The return flights on this day leaves Shiraz at 7:20 p.m. and lands in Mashhad at 8:55 p.m. local time.
Now the flag carrier has added more weekly flights between the two cities on Sundays, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development's news service reported.
Accordingly, Iran Air operated a flight leaving Shiraz International Airport at 11:55 a.m. local time to Mashhad International Airport on Sunday, January 5.
As scheduled, Shiraz-Mashhad’s Sunday flights will be operated weekly using Airbus aircraft that departs from Shiraz at 11:55 a.m. to Mashhad; and the return flight, on Sundays, will land at Shiraz International Airport at 2:25 p.m. from Mashhad.
Another flight from Tehran to Gachsaran County in Kohgilouyeh-Boyerahmad Province (and back) has been scheduled for Fridays each week by Iran Air, starting from Jan. 10.
The flight leaves Mehrabad International Airport at 8 a.m. local time and lands at Gachsaran Airport at 9:55 a.m. local time. 
The return flight will leave Gachsaran at 10:30 a.m. and arrives in Tehran at 12:25 p.m. local time using ATR 72–600 aircrafts.
Iran Air currently operates flights from Shiraz International Airport to Tehran, Bandar Abbas, Isfahan, Ahvaz, Lamerd, Kuwait City and Doha.
