Taftian Wins Bronze in France

Asian athletics gold winner Hassan Taftian finished third at the Metz Indoor Athletics Games in Metz, France, on Monday in the 60-meter category.
Running the track in 6.63 seconds, Taftian took the bronze medal after athletes from Jamaica and the Ivory Coast, Varzesh3 reported.
Jamaican Kimmari Roach passed the finish line in 6.59 seconds to win gold and Ben Youssef Meite of Ivory Coast shadowed him with 6.61 seconds in the second place.
Taftian is undergoing training in France. Last week he won gold at the Asian Indoor Games in Tehran by running the same track in 6.51 seconds.
The record for 60-meter category is held by the American athlete Christian Coleman at 6.37 seconds.
