With the champions crowned at the latest edition of the FIFA U-17 World Cup in India, FIFA.com has selected the top ten strikes from the tournament but it is up to the fans to do the hardest job -- choose the very best from a list featuring delightful solo runs, scintillating free-kicks and individual moments of brilliance.

According to FIFA website, Iran striker Allahyar Sayyad’s goal against Guinea, in Iran’s first match in Group C at the Pundit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium October 7, is among the top ten goals of the competitions.

His goal in the 59th minute was Iran’s first in the games and led the team to a 3-1 victory against the West African state.

Sayyad, 16, was an influential player, creating chances and scoring two more goals, in the two other games against Germany and Costa Rica in the group matches as well as the round-of-16 encounter with Mexico, in all of which the national team was victorious.

But Iran bid farewell to the World Cup after losing 3-1 to European champions Spain in the quarterfinal on October 22.

Voting for the fans to crown the Goal of the Tournament began on October 30 and will continue until the polls close on November 6.
