Iranian national football team player Sardar Azmoun says he will make a decision about his future after the 2018 World Cup.
Team Melli striker currently plays for the Russian club Rubin Kazan, despite being linked with European giants Liverpool, Arsenal and Lazio.
“I want to play in the big leagues and I will make a decision after the 2018 World Cup. I need to be in the main squad because I believe that dropping out of starting lineup for a month can harm each player’s form,” Azmoun told IRNA.
The 23-year-old striker will play for Iran at the 2018 World Cup to be hosted by Russia in the summer of next year.
