The government-owned Iran Post company has unveiled its new logo, as part of a push to shake up the state-controlled postal operator to meet modern-day needs and standards.
Since Mohammad Javad Azari Jahromi took the helm of Information and Communications Technology Ministry—which manages the postal operator—in August 2017, overhauling Iran Post has been high on his agenda.

According to two independent graphic designers, the new logo is more compatible with the latest branding and designing principles and gives the postal operator’s emblem a more agile look.
Chairman of the board of Iran Post Company Mohammad Reza Ghaderi wrote on Twitter that while redesigning the logo, they have retained the general elements of the previous design while giving it a modern touch.
“We have tried to imply a more agile approach to postal services in the new design,” he said.
