A local startup dubbed ‘MyApps’ has been launched providing users online video and music streaming. The services are available through the website myapps.ir and Android and iOS applications, which are available for download on local app markets Café Bazaar and Apple’s App Store, local technology website Webna reported. Users can purchase monthly accounts and gain unlimited access to movies, TV series and music tracks offered by MyApps. The startup has signed a deal with the Mobile Company of Iran, the biggest domestic mobile operator according to which MCI subscribers will not be charged by the operator for using MyApps. Private businesses, Internet service providers and mobile operators currently offer similar services, like Namava, Lenz and Anten.ir, the most popular IPTV.
