A knowledge-based company has designed a software that helps manage customers’ messages for social media-based businesses.

“The knowledge-based product of this company meets the need of cyberspace businesses for harnessing messages and user feedback,” Mojtaba Bazazan, CEO of Asr Fara Ertebat Company, said, while referring to the design and development of the software.
Its "Reply" program helps users categorize and tag all customer comments and questions with complete security. It defines access for each page manager and facilitates feedback management, the news portal of the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology reported.
