Domestic System Makes Dividend Distribution Speedy, Error-Free

A knowledge-based company has developed a comprehensive system that connects the company and its shareholders, calculates dividends and deposits them in shareholders' accounts automatically

A domestic knowledge-based company has designed a system for speedy corporate dividend distribution without human error.

“This system connects the company and its shareholders, allowing the shares to be deposited in shareholders' accounts without the intervention of human resources,” Abbas Talib, CEO of Arvand Hammers Group, said.

In the past, companies distributed dividends manually in capital markets and stock exchanges. Calculations were done through manual files and profits were transferred to the shareholders' accounts, the news portal of the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology reported.

However, currently, the full customer information is registered in Sejam (Comprehensive Customer Information System). By linking up with the dividend distribution system, which has already calculated the dividend, profits and dividends are deposited in the shareholder’s account in a snap.

This system prevents human errors and facilitates the prompt payment of dividends to shareholders.

The programming, implementation and support service of this system is completely handled by the company’s domestic workforce.

Currently, 10 employees are working directly and 25 indirectly with this company.

Software for Handling Business Processes

Another domestic knowledge-based company has designed a software to execute all business processes in the retail industry.

“The comprehensive green store software implements all retail business processes in an integrated and centralized way, and helps business owners manage their organization in an automated and completely transparent way,” Majid Kolji Fard-Kohan, CEO of Sabzafzar Aria Company, was also quoted as saying.

He stated that a comprehensive system has been designed for the management of chain stores and hypermarkets.

The software has many capabilities such as intelligent supply chain planning and management, logistics management and fast delivery of goods, advanced and mechanized warehousing operations, offline and online cash registers, automation of purchase-to-payment processes, integrated sales channels, inventory and up-to-date management dashboards and integrated financial system.

It is used in all businesses that sell their products to a single or chain store, and need to carefully manage and control the various processes of warehousing, buying, selling, trading and finance.

Higher Security to Computer Networks

An Iranian knowledge-based company has developed a system that provides higher security to organizations and offices using a large computer network compared to foreign counterparts.

Sepehr Hashtroudiler, CEO of Ideh-Sazan Novin-e Danesh Ertebat Company, said a large number of people working in an office require a wide range of network equipment such as servers, routers and switches.

The CEO noted that the Privileged Access Management [PAM] system authenticates users working in large networks, the news portal of Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology reported.

As controlled access to internal or external interactions is a major concern of large organizations, security becomes a key issue.

PAM is an information security (infosec) mechanism that controls users’ wide range of access to the organization’s network while safeguarding the identity of users with special access. Like all other infosec solutions, PAM works through a combination of people, processes and technology.

In order to create a secure platform for authorized access to network services and resources, and by considering different levels of confidentiality, this product provides access to network resources to admin users so that all activities are recorded and even automatically warns of activities that users should avoid, which could be risky or harmful for the organization.

The ability to use a one-time password, token, dedicated login system, ability to monitor user activities, execute commands as scheduled on each device or in groups, share documents and prevent system messing are among this product’s several features.

User access management based on time, a wide range of commands and access levels and the ability to extract statistics and report without similar backup services are other features of this product.

East Azarbaijan Telecommunications Company is currently using this system.

Hashtroudiler said the software supports all brands and systems in a completely web-friendly and user-friendly way, and is able to search for history and compare backups.

In this knowledge-based company, six employees are working directly and six others are involved indirectly.

Software to Aid Corporate Management

A domestic knowledge-based company has developed an enterprise resource planning software that helps manage a company's financials, supply chain, operations, commerce, reporting, manufacturing and human resource activities.

“Given the condition of a company, the implementation of different projects undoubtedly requires the use of standard, comprehensive, applied and tested methodologies to ensure success and reduce risks,” Ardavan Ghaffari, the CEO of knowledge-based Behineh Kooshan Sepehr Company, said.

With the enterprise resource planning software, project preparation and planning, design and improvement of business processes, data collection, conversion and transfer of basic information, Enterprise Resource Planning solution testing, software training for users, real environment testing and software consolidation becomes effortless.
