There have been no reports of serial burglaries or robberies so far in the country. Crime Police Chief Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Moghimi quoted by ISNA said the reports by some news media that serial burglaries in the homes of some cultural and revolutionary figures have been committed, are not true. He added that burglaries have been committed on a large-scale, but calling them serial is incorrect.
