The legal trustee for dealing with the problem of beggary has not been determined yet in Tehran, said head of the State Welfare Organization (SWO) Homayoun Hashemi in a meeting with Tehran Majlis (Parliament) representatives. The meeting in general while focusing on mendicancy in the capital, also discussed other social problems including, increased divorce rate in the country, lowering of addiction rates, issues of informal settlements around Tehran city, etc, Hashemi said, reports ILNA.
