A cyber hacker who stole customers’ data by launching a fake website has been arrested. The Tehran Cyber Police chief said the criminal stole people’s credit card information by tricking them into making online payments on his website in order to win prizes, ISNA reported. Col. Mohammad Mehdi Kakvan said the hacker has confessed to committing 1,508 cases of credit card fraud. The investigation into the matter is still underway.
