‘No Smoking’ signs will be installed in all public places by the end of the current year (March 20). The head of research and training at the Anti-Smoking Headquarters (affiliated to the ministry of health) announced that the initiative is in line with issuing more health warnings to the people. Shahram Rafeefar quoted by ISNA warned that those who violate the smoking ban in public places will be fined. ‘No smoking’ stickers will also be put up in buses and taxis and metro cars.
