Food poisoning at a Mental Disability Advocacy Center in Tehran led to three fatalities on Sunday night. Thirty mentally challenged people were rushed to hospital after showing symptoms of food poisoning, spokesman of the National Ambulance Service (NAS) Mojtaba Khaledi said. They had consumed a meal of soup, ILNA reported. The bodies of the deceased were sent to the Department of Medical Examiner (Legal Medicine) for further investigation, he added.
