Congress on Addiction

The 11th Annual International Congress on Addiction Sciences will be held on September 13-15 in Tehran’s Razi Hall. It is organized by the Iran University of Medical Sciences, State Welfare Organization and Tehran Psychiatric Institute with sponsors including the Ministry of Health, the UNODC, the Drug Control Headquarters and UNICEF, the conference’s website reported. The congress seeks to bring scientists and practitioners together to share information and experience related to addiction sciences, ranging from the involvement of genes to the influence of communities and peer groups on drug demand reduction.
