Iranian students won a total of 26 medals during the World Mathematics Invitational Finals in Vietnam that ended over the weekend. The team won one gold, seven silver and 18 bronze medals, as well as 21 merit awards, Parstoday.com reported. The competition was held in the city of Ho Chi Minh. World Mathematics Invitational is an international mathematics competition founded by Taiwan. It brings together institutions and organizations worldwide involved in promoting and popularizing mathematics.
