Tourists Rescued

Fourteen of the 19 tourists involved in an accident on Thursday in Chal Kandi region of Dezful, Khuzestan Province have been rescued, but three are still missing. Two were found dead, according to local media reports. Thirteen were rescued soon after they were stuck in a portion of Dez River where the current is strong, and one was reportedly found alive on Friday morning. Helicopters of Iran’s Red Crescent Society are patrolling the area to find the missing tourists.
