Young Patients Study in Mashhad Hospital

Providing education for children with special diseases who have to remain hospitalized long periods is a plan currently being piloted in Dr. Sheikh Hospital in Mashhad, Khorasan Razavi Province, according to Education Minister Fakhroddin Ahmadi Danesh-Ashtiani. “We hope the scheme expands and more hospitals in the country offer the same service,” he was quoted by Rokna news website as saying. He added that talks with the Health Ministry are underway. “Keeping up with their studies can boost morale in children which can speed up the healing process,” Danesh-Ashtiani said.
