The proposal is aimed at creating economic incentives to encourage the private sector to invest in the sector, according to the DOE chief, Massoumeh Ebtekar, Mehr News Agency reported. “Many industrial projects in Iran are given tax-exempt status but conservation projects must be a top priority,” she said.
