Awareness on Healthy Breakfast

The fourth ‘Healthy Breakfast for All People’ was held on Saturday at Pardisan Park (District 2 of Tehran Municipality) and participants were served healthy breakfast options including cheese, bread, walnut, date and milk. “Healthy breakfast packages were also distributed among commuters at several metro stations, and people in parks and other public places,” said Mohammad Hashemi, head of Public Relations Office at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Mehr News Agency reported. The FDA has organized the event to raise people’s awareness on the benefits of eating a healthy breakfast. In the previous year, the event covered schools and was attended by 500 students and parents.
