The FDA has decided to withdraw diclofenac from the market. The head of the FDA Rasoul Dinarvand said normally between 40 and 50 drugs are pulled out from the market “as a routine practice.” He said the Food and Drug Administration “is compelled on occasions to optimize pharmaceutical care and therefore resorts to such measures,” reported ISNA.
