Lake Urumia water level has increased by 35 centimeters in the last 70 days, Mehr News agency quoted Hadi Bahadori, Western Azarbaijan deputy governor as saying.
So far much of the water transfers from Aras Dam and Zab River, has been completed following the recent precipitation in the province, which has been unprecedented in the past 18 years, he added.
