The president of the High Council Overseeing Tehran University of Medical Sciences said guidelines for decentralization of health care have been published by the Tehran University Medical School. Dr. Akbar Ahmadi told ISNA “the booklet is designed to encourage the participation of the private sector in health care and to provide a data bank for the previous initiatives” under the health reforms.
