Teacher’s Good Deed Goes Viral

An Iranian teacher is earning worldwide applause on social media for going the extra mile. The caption of a photo that has gone viral since last week explains that the young man stops by every day to update a student on the lessons he has missed in school, local and foreign news outlets reported. In the snapshot, the young boy with cancer is lying in bed in his hospital room. On the other side of the glass partition presumably as a safety precaution for patients, is his teacher, and the two are communicating through phones. The heartwarming photo has already been viewed over a million times. Nothing much is known about the boy and the teacher, though the snapshot of their relationship has touched many, with people across the world praising the teacher for his dedication, while calling on authorities to identify and reward the teacher for his good deed.
