Effects of Drug Abuse

Drug abuse is the primary cause of 80% of sexual assaults, 62% of street brawls, 50% of divorces, 50% of spouse abuse cases, 42% of murders, and 34% of child abuse in the country, said Mohammad Ali Nosrati, secretary of the Coordination Council to Fight Drugs in East Azarbaijan Province.
