MATI Regional Meeting

MATI (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Iran) regional meeting on health will be held November in Tehran, said Mostafa Qanei, head of Pasteur Institute of Iran (IPI) on Monday. The meeting will provide a unique opportunity for researchers from MATI member states and also for the researchers invited from China, South Korea and Guinea Institute Pasteur, “to share their knowledge and scientific experiences and to explore new areas of cooperation in healthcare,” IRNA quoted him as saying. Projects to prevent three diseases of rabies, oriental sore (Cutaneous leishmaniasis) and tuberculosis will be discussed in the meeting.
