A Tehran street will be named after the late Lebanese author, George Jordac. The head of the committee in charge of naming the capital’s streets told ISNA that the decision to name a street after Jordac was taken during the author’s last trip to Iran. Mojtaba Shakeri added that 30 to 40 streets are renamed on average every two weeks.
