Tehran’s chief of traffic police announced that the ‘’stop for life’’ plan will start from late November. Col. Teymoor Hosseini told ISNA “more preparation is needed to make the plan a full-blown project.” The plan announced in late April is aimed to promote the rights of pedestrians on city streets. Hosseini said part of the plan includes improving ‘’driving etiquette,’’ especially among school bus drivers.
