A knowledge-based company has developed indigenous medication for MS and will soon export the product. “Sinovex is medication for MS (Multiple Sclerosis) developed by the company and meets 50-60 per cent of the domestic demand,” said Haleh Hamedifar, managing director of Sinagen. The company is also capable of meeting the needs of the whole region as well; Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Pakistan and Syria are major importers of the drug,” she added. The company only recently received financial support from the ministry of industries.
