The 2nd National Nanomedicine Conference will be held September 27-29 at the Pharmacy Faculty of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences. The conference is organized by Iran Nanotechnology Initiative Council to expand on the role of nanotechnology in medicine in treatment and prevention of diseases, reports medcongress.ir. Nanotechnology draws on nanostructured engineered devices to initiate and control in molecular-scale vital processes and tissue development in the human body. The conference will present the country’s latest achievements in nanomedicine, and provide opportunities for sharing knowledge among students, experts, and academia.
