The infertility treatment plan ‘Barekat-e-Khanevadeh’ (Family Blessing) for couples from the economically weaker strata has been extended to three more provinces, and so far $2.9 million has been allocated for its implementation, said Seyed Abdollah Emadi, project manager. Kohgiluyeh-Boyer Ahmad, Western Azarbaijan and Ardebil have been included now and Fars, Isfahan and Yazd will be added soon, he said, Mehr News Agency reported. Previously 10 provinces, Khuzestan, Kermanshah, Ilam, Lorestan, East Azarbaijan, North Khorasan, Khorasan Razavi, South Khorasan, Mazandaran and Golestan were covered under the plan.
