A memorandum of understanding for scientific cooperation was signed between Tehran University’s International Campus on Kish Island and the Polytechnic University of Milan. The MoU was signed between Professor Francisco Balio, the Italian university’s dean of Urbanism Faculty and head of Kish International Campus Mansur Khalili-Araqi, last week, IRNA reported. During the meeting attended by instructors specializing in energy, oil, urban planning and sports, both sides agreed on international cooperation including teacher exchange programs, holding joint courses as well as research projects. Balio was in Kish at the head of a delegation from the largest technical university in Italy. The Politecnico di Milano has about 40,000 students.
