Mahmoud Haji Babaei, a member of Iran’s Inventors Association has developed “a detailed plan for production of a screen to protect against X-rays.” The protective cover immunizes physicians against the dangers of radiation. “The cover is like an ordinary apron and shields the body completely, from the neck to the ankles; its length can be adjusted according to the height of the person,” Mehr news agency quoted him as saying.
