An atlas of the quality of life in Tehran is ready to be published, according to the director of social and cultural studies at Tehran Municipality. “The project is important in relation to sociocultural development and will be instrumental in further research and decision-making,” said Ali Asghar Mahaki, ISNA reported. The atlas surveys the status of various factors including social trust and participation, social harm, good neighborliness and communication, public spaces and facilities, and will provide an analysis using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP, a structured technique for organizing and analyzing complex decisions). The results will be displayed on GPS apps.
