Mahmoud Moniee, Socio-cultural deputy of Tehran Municipality’s District 7 announced the setting up of a ‘warming center’ in the district for the homeless during the cold season. Given the onset of the cold weather, the center will help protect the vulnerable sections from the “devastating effects of homelessness.” Warm food and bath will be provided at the center, Mehr News Agency reported.
