Nearly 600 medical equipment companies including 70 from Europe, Japan and South Korea are participating in the 19th Iran Health International Exhibition that opened in Tehran on May 15.
“Many of the participating brands are first-time visitors, and are scheduled to hold talks with Iranian firms on mutual cooperation,” said Hossein Salmanzadeh, the exhibition manager.
The exhibition seeks to unveil the latest technology in the health sector from across the globe, promote health tourism, and support producers and entrepreneurs, IRNA reported. As the largest in the health field in Iran and second in the Middle East, the event provides a unique opportunity for networking and communications among providers of healthcare services and dental, laboratory and hospital equipment, as well as pharmaceuticals.
