The capital’s rainy Wednesday saw an unusual scene of a kind-hearted policeman who kept his raincoat protectively over the head of a child vendor, keeping him dry during the constant drizzle. With the release of the picture by news agencies and on TV, Commander of Tehran Police Force Brigadier General Hossein Sajedinia on Thursday praised the policeman Saeid Esmaeili for his kind act, and his attention to the people, ISNA reported. Borna Qasemi, ISNA’s photographer said, “When I took the first picture, the cop was unaware of my presence.”
