The Second International Biennial Oncology Conference organized by the Iranian Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Society (IPHOS) and the German Society for Pediatric Oncology and Hematology (GPOH) will be held May 11-13 in Tehran. Iranian as well as foreign experts from the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, US and Jordan will attend the conference and share knowledge on the latest methods of cancer treatments, IRNA reported. According to available data, 90,000 new cancer patients are diagnosed annually in Iran including 3,800 are children.
