Traffic control police chief announced ‘Khoor-Tabs’ road (in central Iran) is temporarily closed due to a road accident involving a car and a fuel tanker. Col. Mohammad Hussein Hamidi quoted by ISNA said the collision between the two vehicles occurred at 1:20 am Friday. He said the crash caused the tanker “to turn on its side, leaving 6 people dead and one inured.” The Red Crescent rescue mission started shortly after the deadly crash and the injured person was rushed to the hospital. The police are probing the cause of the accident.
