Iranian women earn 29% less than men in the same job position and educational level, a new study conducted by the Iran Talent employment agency indicates, according to IRNA. The phenomenon is not only for Iran and can be seen in many countries across the world. On average, the figure is more than 16% in European countries; however it is not the same for all the countries. The survey studied 93,000 employees in 22 different job categories in Iran.
