A MoU was signed between the Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), Hannover Medical School, and the University of Gottingen in the presence of Prime Minister of German state of Lower Saxony, Stephan Weil, and TUMS President Ali Jafarian, in Tehran on Tuesday. The five-year MoU paves the way for faculty members and researchers of the three universities to hold and attend joint conferences in Iran and Germany, in addition to facilitating scientific interaction, joint research projects, and the exchange of students for academic programs. Professor Majid Samii, renowned Iranian neurologist, Frauke Kramer of Hannover Medical School and Marcus Baum from University of Gottinge were also present and addressed the meeting, Mehr News Agency reported.
