During a visit to the University of Tehran (TU) on Tuesday, an Australian delegation led by University of Melbourne’s Pro Vice-Chancellor for Campus and Global Development, Thomas Kvan, met with TU President Mahmoud Nili Ahamadabadi to discuss mutual cooperation. The Australians expressed interest in MoUs with the TU in teacher and student exchange programs and joint academic courses, Mehr News Agency reported. “The two centers should take advantage of mutual capacities to bolster academic ties,” Ahamadabadi noted. “Melbourne has been holding joint programs with academic centers across the world since a decade ago,” Kvan said.
