Vietnamese Science Minister Pham Vu Luan and Chancellor of Iran’s Islamic Azad University Hamid Mirzadeh emphasized the development of mutual scientific cooperation during a meeting on Tuesday, in Tehran.
“Islamic Azad University is seeking to promote international cooperation and setting up branches abroad,” Mirzadeh said, IRNA reported.
Referring to the historic commonalities between the two nations, the Vietnamese minister hailed Islamic Azad University’s achievements.
Luan further pointed out that educational cooperation can be developed further given the existing potentials.
“Iran is the top priority in the Middle East for Hanoi in academic and cultural collaboration, and this can pave the way for cooperation in other fields as well,” he said.
