The presidential science and technology deputy said students who have been awarded scholarships to study abroad, “will begin their studies from next month.” Sorena Sattari said there are also plans to send PhD students in the country to spend a year at a ‘’world-class’’ university, ILNA reports. Sattari emphasized the need to support intellectual students and said “priority for scholarships is in fields that cannot be taught adequately inside the country, such as bio and nanotechnology.”
