Azerbaijan’s deputy minister of health Elsever Aghayev and Iran’s head of Food and Drug Administration Rasoul Dinarvand, emphasized the need for greater cooperation between the two sides in the health sector, on Thursday. Plans to develop a “health cooperation document” between the two countries were discussed during the FDA heads visit to Baku, IRNA reported. Dinarvand invited Aghayev to visit Tehran to evaluate areas of cooperation in the field of production of medicines. The two officials also called for sharing experiences in the areas of medical equipment, drug production and public health.
