A total of 1,714 IUC beds were inaugurated Wednesday in 137 cities across the country. Health Minister Hassan Qazizadeh Hashemi was present at one of the hospitals in Birjand, South Khorasan Province, and attended the ceremonies simultaneously via video conference, IRNA reported. The beds will be provided in adult ICU, neonate ICU, and pediatric ICU wards in 200 state and 50 university hospitals.
