The first International Biotechnology & Chemistry Engineering Conference will be held March 6-8 at the National Institute of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology in Tehran. Researchers from Austria, Armenia, Sweden and Pakistan and some prominent scientists from the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences and the Finnish Academy of Science and Letters including Jan-Erling Backvall, and Dietmar Schlosser from Helmholtz Center for Environmental Research (UFZ) will take part, IRNA reports. The conference aims to provide a framework for sharing ehemistry and biotechnology research, contributing to research development in interdisciplinary fields and attracting government attention to support the fields and interdisciplinary research.
